Solution Architect – Warehouse Management System (WMS) (English + Italian)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Blue Yonder WMS Solution Architect who brings deep expertise in Warehouse Management Systems and fluently speaks both English and Italian. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, driving end-to-end WMS implementations for key clients across Europe. You will serve as the trusted advisor for complex warehousing processes, ensuring our customers achieve operational excellence and maximum value from their supply chain investments.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design & Own the WMS Solution

• Lead the end-to-end functional and technical architecture for Blue Yonder WMS implementations.

• Analyze complex client business processes, run collaborative discovery workshops, and map operational requirements into scalable solution designs.

• Create and maintain key architectural deliverables, including Functional Specifications, System Architecture documents, and Integration Designs.

2. Guide Implementation & Delivery

• Support cross-functional project teams through all project phases: sprint planning, configuration decisions, testing (UAT/SIT), deployment, and go-live.

• Oversee integration strategies between Blue Yonder WMS, ERPs (e.g., SAP, Oracle), MHE/automation systems, and third-party logistics tools.

• Quality-assure deliverables to ensure technical integrity, performance, and alignment with the initial design.

3. Act as Business & Technical Advisor

• Partner with client executive stakeholders, project managers, and end-users as a trusted expert in supply chain and warehouse best practices.

• Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks, resolve escalated solution design issues, and lead defect root-cause analyses.

• Support change management strategies to facilitate smooth user adoption and operational readiness.
