We are seeking an experienced Blue Yonder Technical Architect (WMS) fluent in both English and French to lead the technical implementation and optimization of Blue Yonder Warehouse Management System (WMS) solutions. In this role, you will act as the key technical expert, bridging the gap between internal technical teams and customer stakeholders to deliver robust, high-performing WMS environments.

Key Responsibilities

1. WMS Implementation & Configuration

Lead technical implementation activities, system configurations, and integration efforts for Blue Yonder WMS platforms.
Manage solution deployments, system upgrades, and platform customizations tailored to client requirements.
Ensure seamless data flow and integration between Blue Yonder WMS and third-party systems (ERP, MHE, TMS).

2. Technical Troubleshooting & Solution Optimization

Diagnose and resolve complex technical incidents, performance bottlenecks, and system bugs.
Conduct regular system performance reviews and implement continuous improvement measures.
Recommend architectural enhancements to maximize system stability, scalability, and efficiency.

3. Cross-Functional Alignment & Client Engagement

Serve as the primary technical bridge between consulting, cloud operations, support teams, and customer stakeholders.
Facilitate technical workshops, technical handovers, and knowledge transfer to client teams.
Ensure successful end-to-end delivery of WMS projects aligned with business goals and client expectations.

Anforderungen

Technical Expertise: Deep hands-on experience with Blue Yonder (JDA) Warehouse Management System (WMS) architecture, database structures, integration framework, and configuration.
Language Proficiency: Fluent / Professional proficiency in both English and French (written and spoken).
Problem-Solving: Proven track record in troubleshooting complex WMS issues, performance tuning, and incident resolution.
Communication & Leadership: Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical business partners.
