Mid-Level Full-Stack Developer (React / Node / NestJS)

About the role

We are looking for a mid-level Full-Stack Developer to join a collaborative engineering team. You will work across the stack building modern web applications — crafting clean React frontends and robust Node.js or NestJS backends. This is a full-time position ideal for a developer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience who is eager to grow and work with modern tooling, including AI-assisted development workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop full-stack features using React on the frontend and Node.js / NestJS on the backend

• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services

• Write clean, well-structured, and maintainable code

• Collaborate closely with product, design, and other engineering team members

• Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical discussions

• Ensure performance, scalability, and reliability of delivered features

• Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and tooling

Requirements

• 2–3 years of professional experience in full-stack development

• Strong proficiency in React (hooks, state management, component architecture)

• Solid backend experience with Node.js and/or NestJS

• Comfortable working with REST APIs, databases (SQL or NoSQL), and version control (Git)

• Good understanding of software development best practices (clean code, testing, CI/CD)

• Good written and spoken English

Nice to have

• Experience using AI tools in day-to-day development (e.g. GitHub Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT, Claude)

• Familiarity with TypeScript

• Experience with containerised environments (Docker)

• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
