Team Tech Lead

Are you a brilliant engineer who loves solving complex problems, writing elegant code, and building AI-native products, but isn't looking to become a full-time people manager just yet?

We are looking for a Team Tech Lead to serve as the technical anchor for our engineering team. In this role, you will own the delivery of high-impact AI components and mentor talented engineers, while maintaining a direct path to a Staff Engineer role. This is an elite IC-track position designed for someone who wants to wield massive technical influence, elevate team standards, and build the future of AI-native software.

What You’ll Own (Role Boundaries)

Your Direct Ownership:

• Execution & Quality: You own the delivery, performance, and code quality of our most complex features and core AI components.

• Technical Mentorship: You will actively mentor and grow engineers within the team, raising the collective technical bar.

What You’ll Collaborate On:

• Shaping team architecture decisions and defining engineering standards.

• Partnering with leadership on hiring and interview loops.

• Driving cross-team alignment on shared technical initiatives.

What You Won’t Have to Worry About:

• Direct people management (no 1-on-1s, performance reviews, or HR overhead).

• Setting team-level OKRs or defining the broader company engineering strategy.
