Webflow Developer / Specialist

About the role

Project Duration: 1 month

We are looking for a detail-oriented Webflow Specialist with at least 2 years of professional experience. You will build clean, scalable, and high-performing websites. Our development process relies on strict naming conventions and structured class frameworks. You must be deeply familiar with methodologies like Finsweet's Client-First (or equivalent systems) to maintain a database completely free of local styles.

Key Responsibilities

• Build pixel-perfect, responsive websites inside Webflow from Figma designs.

• Use strict class-naming conventions like Finsweet Client-First to maintain framework structure.

• Ensure zero use of localised, one-off styling to keep the codebase clean.

• Build and maintain global style guides for seamless site scaling.

• Clean up unused styles, interactions, and assets before deployment to optimise performance.

• Create smooth, performance-friendly Webflow interactions and animations.

• Connect Webflow with third-party tools, APIs, and custom code when needed.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience building production-ready Webflow sites.

• Expert knowledge of the Client-First framework (or a comparable strict naming system).

• Proficiency in Figma — ability to inspect designs, export assets, and translate layouts accurately.

• Strong understanding of semantic HTML, CSS box model, and flexbox/grid.

• Experience setting up proper heading hierarchies, alt tags, and meta data for SEO.

• A strong portfolio demonstrating structured, scalable Webflow builds.

Nice to have

• Basic knowledge of JavaScript for custom Webflow functionality.

• Experience with Webflow CMS setup and dynamic filtering (e.g., Finsweet Attributes).

• Familiarity with localisation tools inside Webflow.
