    We are actively seeking a highly experienced Lead React Native Developer for a key, full-remote client engagement. In this role, you will take full technical ownership of the mobile domain, driving the architectural vision and delivering high-quality, scalable mobile applications. You will work closely with cross-functional client teams (Product, UX/UI, Cloud) to build connected, data-driven products.

    šŸ“ Work Setup: Requires a maximum of 6 business trips per year between Italy and Switzerland).

    Key Responsibilities


    ā€¢ Take full ownership of the mobile domain, providing strong technical leadership and architectural guidance.


    ā€¢ Design, define, and continuously evolve scalable mobile architectures.


    ā€¢ Engage heavily in hands-on development of robust React Native applications.


    ā€¢ Guarantee the highest standards of code quality through rigorous code reviews, refactoring, performance tuning, and maintainability practices..


    ā€¢ Implement and drive automated testing practices across the mobile development lifecycle.

    ā€¢ Collaborate seamlessly with Product managers, UX/UI designers, and Cloud engineers within an Agile/Scrum framework.


    ā€¢ Translate and clearly communicate complex technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders.

    Requisiti

    ā€¢Seniority: Lead/Senior level with 5+ years of solid experience in mobile development..


    ā€¢ Deep, consolidated expertise in building applications with React Native.


    ā€¢ Proven track record in technical leadership and designing scalable mobile architectures.


    ā€¢ Hands-on experience with connected products or complex, data-driven systems.


    ā€¢ Languages: Excellent command of the English language is strictly required. (Italian is a strong plus for client interactions).


    ā€¢ Strong knowledge and practical application of real-time communication protocols or technologies such as MQTT, WebSockets, or similar.


    Nice to Have


    ā€¢ Deep understanding of native build tools (XCode, Android Studio) and bridging native modules to React Native.


    ā€¢ Experience setting up and managing mobile CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Fastlane, Bitrise).


    ā€¢ Background in native mobile development (Swift/Kotlin).
