
Service Manager

We are looking for an experienced IT Service Manager to lead and coordinate complex IT services and technical teams. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring service excellence, monitoring performance, and maintaining strong communication with stakeholders and governance teams.
You will play a strategic role in driving service quality, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate day-to-day operational activities and supervise technical team workflows
• Plan, organize, and oversee all service-related activities
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and governance teams, providing updates and decision-making support
• Monitor service performance through KPI and SLA tracking, defining corrective and improvement actions
• Manage operational issues and oversee the full incident resolution lifecycle
• Analyze processes and implement methodologies to optimize service delivery
• Prepare operational documentation and periodic performance reports
• Contribute to defining service strategies and priorities
Requisiti
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Service Management, Service Coordination, or Delivery roles
• Strong knowledge of service management frameworks (ITIL® certification is a plus)
• Proven experience managing KPIs and SLAs with strong analytical skills
• Familiarity with automation and version control tools (e.g., Ansible Tower, GitHub)
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent English
