Account Manager
We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Account Manager who is fluent in Italian to join our growing team.
In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our Italian-speaking clients, ensuring their needs are met and delivering a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
- Serve as the main point of contact for Italian-speaking customers.
- Understand client goals and align our solutions to meet their needs.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Support) to deliver client success.
- Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for upselling or expansion.
- Handle client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure prompt follow-up.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or a similar role.
- Fluency in Italian and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively.
- Proactive problem-solver with a customer-first mindset.
Nice to Have:
- Experience working in SaaS, tech, or digital industries.
- Knowledge of the Italian business landscape or client behavior.
