Java Developer with Liferay experince
We are looking for experienced Liferay Developers with at least 4 years of hands-on experience working with Liferay 6.2 and/or 7.x.
The ideal candidate will have a strong Java backend or fullstack development background and proven expertise in developing custom portlets on the Liferay platform.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain Liferay-based web applications and custom portlets
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and define technical requirements
• Perform code reviews, write clean and maintainable code
• Integrate third-party APIs and backend services with Liferay
• Optimize performance and troubleshoot issues in Liferay environments
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with business needs
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools
Mandatory Skills:
• 4+ years of professional experience with Liferay 6.2 and/or 7.x
• Proficiency in Java backend or fullstack development
• Experience in designing and developing Liferay portlets
• Good understanding of Liferay architecture, modules, themes, and hooks
• Familiarity with Liferay best practices and deployment
• Fluent in Italian
