Junior UI/UX Designer

Key Responsibilities:
• Support the design team in creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and senior designers to deliver engaging user experiences.
• Assist in conducting user research and usability testing to gather insights.
• Contribute to the design and improvement of digital interfaces, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Translate ideas into visually appealing and functional designs.
Mandatory Skills:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in UI/UX design.
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
• Strong understanding of design principles, usability, and accessibility.
• Ability to communicate design concepts effectively.
• Italian language proficiency is mandatory.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Nice to Have:
• Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Experience with motion design or micro-interactions.
