Marketing and Communication specialist
We are looking for a Social Media & Marketing Specialist to drive the clients digital presence and brand awareness across key platforms.
As part of the marketing team, you will be responsible for managing social media, content creation, community engagement, and advertising campaigns, ensuring our thought leadership in blockchain and digital assets reaches the right audience.
You will also work closely with internal experts to develop technical and compliance-focused contents.
This role requires a proactive, analytical, and creative mindset, with the ability to translate complex blockchain topics into engaging content for institutional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
● Execute social media strategies across YouTube, LinkedIn, X, and Substack to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
● Write compelling and professional copy for social media posts.
● Manage and engage with the online community by handling reposts, comments, and likes on X, LinkedIn, and Substack to foster meaningful interactions.
● Create and distribute newsletters for investors, ensuring timely updates on company milestones, industry trends, and product developments.
● Maintain and update the company website, ensuring content accuracy, technical SEO, and alignment with marketing goals.
● Collaborate with internal experts to develop in-depth and technical articles.
● Design graphics for marketing materials, including social media posts and branded gadgets.
● Edit demo videos.
● Italian language: Mandatory
TOOLS:
● LinkedIn – Expertise in managing company pages, crafting high-quality posts, running LinkedIn Ads, and leveraging analytics to optimize engagement and lead generation.
● X (Twitter) – Strong ability to create engaging content, interact with industry leaders, monitor trends, and grow community engagement.
● Substack – Proficiency in creating and managing newsletters, segmenting audiences, and tracking open and engagement rates for investor communications.
● Google Search Console – Ability to monitor website performance, optimize search visibility, analyze search traffic, and troubleshoot indexing issues.
● Google Analytics – Proficiency in tracking user behavior, setting up conversion goals, and generating insights to improve website performance and content strategy.
● Canva – Strong ability to create visually appealing graphics for social media, blog posts, and marketing materials.
● Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) – Preferred but not required – Experience in advanced graphic design, video editing, and content creation.
● Figma – Preferred but not required – Familiarity with UI/UX design and collaboration tools to support marketing assets and website layouts.
● WordPress – Experience in maintaining and updating WordPress websites, managing plugins, optimizing for SEO, and ensuring an intuitive user experience.
