Project Manager 5+
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager who will ensure the successful execution of software projects from planning through delivery.
This role requires strong customer-facing experience, excellent communication, and coordination skills.
The Project Manager will serve as the main point of contact for the client, ensuring expectations are aligned and goals are achieved, while working closely with the technical team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define and document project scope, goals, deliverables, and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Act as the primary liaison between the client and the internal team, ensuring clear, transparent, and timely communication.
• Lead project planning, scheduling, task management, and risk mitigation using Agile methodologies.
• Manage client expectations, capture feedback, and translate business needs into actionable plans for the technical team.
• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and regular status updates.
• Track project progress and ensure deliverables are met within timelines and budget.
• Identify and resolve project risks, issues, or delays, coordinating solutions with the Technical Lead.
• Prepare and deliver reports and presentations for stakeholders and clients.
• Foster strong, trust-based relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and long-term collaboration.
Mandatory Skills:
• 5+ years of experience managing technology projects in a client-facing or customer success capacity.
• Proven success in delivering complex software projects on time and within scope.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum project management practices and tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, ClickUp).
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand and discuss technical topics with both business and engineering stakeholders.
• Bonus: Background in software development or experience working closely with development teams.
