Project Manager (PM)
We’re seeking a Project Manager with a strong sense of ownership, people management skills, and a passion for delivering impactful software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, manage, and deliver software projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and accountability.
• Design and optimize business processes to increase operational efficiency.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for international clients and stakeholders.
• Monitor project performance and proactively address risks or delays.
• Communicate project goals, timelines, and updates clearly across teams.
• Foster collaboration and ensure high team morale and productivity.
• Lead meetings, reviews, and retrospectives with both internal and client teams.
• Drive continuous improvement in processes and project execution.
Mandatory Skills:
• Experience in dynamic, fast-paced work environments.
• Proven knowledge of the software industry, tools, and workflows.
• Strong background in people management and team coordination.
• Fluent verbal and written communication in Italian and English.
• Ability to self-organize and effectively organize others.
• Experience in process design, execution, and improvement.
• Track record of working with international clients and diverse teams.
• Proactive problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• High level of responsibility and ownership.
Bonus Points
• Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban).
• Background in software development or working with dev teams.
• German language proficiency.
