Python Backend Engineer

We’re looking for a Python Backend Engineer to join our growing team and help build the foundation of our next-generation AI services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain backend systems using Python in an event-driven architecture

• Design and implement AI services and robust internal APIs

• Build cloud-native applications on Azure (experience with AWS or GCP is a plus)

• Write clean, testable, and efficient code

• Actively participate in sprints, code reviews, and technical discussions

• 3–5 years of experience in modern backend development with Python

• Solid understanding of event-driven systems and cloud infrastructure

• Experience with RAG, LangGraph, or domain-specific languages (DSLs) is a strong plus

• A pragmatic, hands-on mindset with a collaborative approach—especially suited for early-stage startup environments
