Ruby on Rails Developer

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain robust, scalable web applications using Ruby on Rails
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other devs to bring features to life
• Optimize performance and write well-tested, maintainable code
• Participate in code reviews and help drive best practices
Mandatory Skills:
• 3+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails in production environments
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL), and background jobs
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Experience with Git and agile development workflows
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Nice to Have
• Experience with Docker, AWS, or CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with Hotwire, Turbo, or Stimulus
• Contributions to open source or tech communities
