Institutional Sales Representative
The Institutional Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and managing relationships with institutional clients, including custodians, asset managers, banks, and other financial institutions.
This is a high-impact role that requires a deep understanding of blockchain technology, digital assets, and institutional finance, as well as exceptional sales and relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and engage institutional clients, including custodians, asset managers, banks, and VCs.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and fostering trust.
• Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
• Collaborate with the CRO to identify new market opportunities and refine sales approaches.
• Work closely with clients to customize solutions, including staking and governance services, to meet their specific needs.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments in the digital asset space.
• Provide feedback to internal teams to inform product development and strategy.
• Partner with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Contribute to the development of sales materials, presentations, and campaigns.
• Leverage professional networks to identify and engage potential clients.
Mandatory Skills:
• 5+ years of experience in institutional sales, preferably in fintech, blockchain, or digital assets.
• Proven track record of originating and closing deals with institutional clients.
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology, digital assets, and staking infrastructure.
• Familiarity with institutional finance and the needs of clients such as custodians, asset managers, and banks.
• Exceptional sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust and close deals.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a client-centric approach.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving industry.
• Collaborative team player with the ability to work cross-functionally.
• Tech-savvy and adaptable to new tools and technologies.
