SAP SuccessFactors Consultant
We are currently seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with a strong background in Performance and Goals and Compensation modules to support ongoing and upcoming projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors modules, focusing primarily on Performance and Goals and Compensation
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and system configurations
• Support system testing, UAT, and go-live activities
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting post-implementation
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including HR, IT, and external partners
Mandatory Skills:
• 4–5 years of proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors, specifically in the Performance and Goals and Compensation modules
• Experience in conducting workshops, configurations, and deployment
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Language: Fluency in Italian or English
