Senior Backend Developer (Python, FastAPI/Django, GenAI)

We’re looking for a Senior Backend Developer who thrives in dynamic environments and can own features end-to-end. You’ll play a key role in designing, building, and scaling backend systems that power advanced data pipelines and GenAI integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build & scale APIs using FastAPI/Django
• Architect microservices with Docker & Kubernetes
• Integrate GenAI tools (LLM connectors, fine-tuning, APIs)
• Work with data pipelines to drive insights for ad tech & supply chain optimization
• Collaborate cross-functionally with frontend, data, and AI teams
Mandatory Skills:
• 3+ years of backend development with Python (FastAPI/Django)
• Strong experience in API development & scaling
• Hands-on expertise with microservices architecture (Docker/K8s)
• Familiarity with LLMs, fine-tuning, or GenAI tools
• Solid understanding of data pipelines and large-scale processing
• Strong problem-solving skills & ownership mindset
Nice to Have
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Knowledge of event-driven architectures (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
• Background in ad tech, e-commerce, or supply chain systems
