Senior Backend Laravel Developer
We are looking for an experienced Senior Backend Laravel Developer to join our team and help build and scale our SaaS platform.
You will work on complex backend systems, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability while collaborating closely with product managers, frontend developers, and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Laravel for a large-scale SaaS application.
• Architect and optimize MySQL databases for performance and scalability.
• Design and implement robust REST APIs consumed by web and mobile clients.
• Manage queues and workers with Laravel Horizon and Redis.
• Write and maintain automated tests to ensure system reliability.
• Collaborate in English with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and performance optimization.
Mandatory Skills:
• 5+ years of hands-on Laravel experience, preferably on large-scale SaaS projects.
• Strong expertise in MySQL schema design, query optimization, and indexing.
• Proven experience with REST API design and best practices.
• Solid understanding of queues, workers, Horizon, and Redis.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks in Laravel.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal).
Nice to Have:
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
