Senior Functional Analyst

As a Senior Functional Analyst, you will play a key role in translating business requirements into actionable data solutions.

You will collaborate with stakeholders across departments to analyze, design, and deliver powerful insights using modern BI and data platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze complex business requirements to define functional specifications

• Design and develop data models and dashboards to support business decision-making

• Work closely with data engineers and architects to implement solutions in Databricks and SQL

• Create and maintain interactive reports and dashboards using Power BI and Qlik

• Identify opportunities to improve existing processes and BI tools to maximize efficiency

• Provide training and support to end-users to enhance data literacy across the organization

• Expert-level proficiency in SQL for querying and managing data

• Strong experience with Databricks platform for data engineering and analytics

• Advanced knowledge of Power BI for dashboard and report development

• Hands-on experience with Qlik for data visualization and business intelligence

• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related field

• 4+ years of experience in a functional analyst or similar role

• Experience working in Agile teams and environments
