Senior Java Backend Developer

Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services using Java and Spring Boot
• Build and deploy scalable microservices on AWS cloud infrastructure
• Implement containerized applications using Docker and orchestrate them with Kubernetes
• Integrate and manage data persistence layers with Redis, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including frontend developers, product owners, and QA
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and improve existing backend services for performance and reliability
• Maintain clear and comprehensive technical documentation using JIRA and Confluence
Mandatory Skills:
• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in Java backend development in structured, enterprise environments
• Proficiency with Spring Boot and microservices architecture
• Solid experience with AWS cloud services (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, etc.)
• Expertise in containerization and orchestration tools: Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience with Redis, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL databases
• Familiar with JIRA and Confluence for Agile development workflow
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related fields
