Senior Node.js Backend Developer
We are looking for an experienced Backend Developer with a strong technical background and proven team leadership skills.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4+ years of experience in backend development, working with Node.js, PHP, Python, or similar technologies, and will be responsible for guiding and mentoring a team of developers to deliver high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and mentor a team of backend developers.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems.
• Collaborate with front-end developers, product managers, and stakeholders to define and deliver features.
• Ensure best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
• Optimize application performance and scalability.
• Provide technical direction and support to the development team.
Mandatory Skills:
• 4+ years of professional backend development experience.
• Strong expertise in Node.js, PHP, Python, or similar languages.
• Proven team leadership or technical lead experience.
• Excellent problem-solving and architectural design skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Fluency in Italian is mandatory.
Nice to Have:
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases.
