Senior SAP CS Consultant
We are currently seeking a Senior SAP Customer Service (CS) Consultant to join our team on a full-time basis.
The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in SAP CS module configurations, integrations, and business process optimization, along with strong client-facing skills and a solution-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the implementation and optimization of SAP CS solutions for international clients
• Conduct requirement analysis, process design, and gap analysis
• Configure and customize SAP CS modules based on client needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional SAP teams (SD, MM, PM, FI, etc.)
• Provide support for UAT, training, and post-go-live phases
• Manage documentation, testing, and quality assurance
Mandatory Skills:
• Minimum 5+ years of experience as an SAP CS Consultant
• Strong knowledge of SAP Customer Service processes and integration with other SAP modules
• Proven experience in full lifecycle SAP CS implementations
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
Nice to Have:
• Experience with S/4HANA environments
• Knowledge of SAP Field Service Management or SAP CRM
• Prior consulting experience with global clients
