Service Manager
We are looking for a Service Manager with strong experience in managing and coordinating application development projects.
The ideal candidate will have a solid background in service management and project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to oversee technical teams and ensure service quality and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day service operations and ensure service quality and performance levels are met
• Coordinate and manage application development projects with internal teams and external partners
• Act as the primary point of contact between technical teams and clients
• Define and monitor SLAs, KPIs, and performance metrics
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Manage project timelines, risks, and issues proactively
• Support reporting, documentation, and compliance activities
Mandatory Skills:
• Proven experience as a Service Manager or Project Manager in software/application development environments
• Strong understanding of IT service management (ITIL knowledge is a plus)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• English: mandatory
• Italian: must understand (spoken and written)
• Professional demeanor and customer-focused mindset
