ServiceNow Specialist
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Specialist to join our team and drive the implementation and customization of key ServiceNow modules.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain custom applications using App Engine
• Configure and manage modules such as GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance), SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management), HAM (Hardware Asset Management), and ITSM
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions
• Perform upgrades, system integration, and platform optimization
• Provide expert-level troubleshooting and support
Mandatory Skills:
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow
• Strong proficiency with App Engine (Custom Applications)
• Deep understanding and experience with GRC, SPM, HAM, and ITSM modules
• Experience with scripting (JavaScript, Glide)
• Familiarity with ServiceNow best practices and development lifecycle
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Nice to Have
• ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, App Engine Developer)
• Experience with Agile methodologies
• Exposure to ITIL processes
