Technical Team Lead 8+

We are seeking a hands-on Technical Team Lead who will be fully responsible for the technical success of the product.

This role requires deep technical expertise across backend/frontend/devops, a problem-solving mindset, and strong leadership capabilities.

The Technical Lead will coordinate with developers, architects, QA, and DevOps to ensure high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end technical delivery and architecture of the platform.

• Lead and mentor the development team (backend, frontend, QA, DevOps).

• Set coding standards, conduct code reviews, and ensure quality and performance benchmarks are met.

• Drive decisions on architecture, frameworks, tools, and infrastructure.

• Ensure CI/CD, monitoring, and deployment processes are smooth and automated.

• Collaborate closely with the Project Manager and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Stay updated with emerging technologies and incorporate them where applicable.

• Troubleshoot critical issues and provide quick resolutions.

• Ensure security, scalability, and performance across all technical components.

• 8+ years of software development experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or tech lead role.

• Strong experience with backend (Java/Python), frontend (React/Angular), and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).

• Excellent understanding of microservices architecture, API design, and DevOps principles.

• Proven leadership and mentoring abilities.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
