Visual Designer

We’re looking for a creative and detail-driven Visual Designer to craft compelling visuals for e-commerce platforms.

If you love blending aesthetics with performance and have a sharp eye for user-friendly design, this might be the role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design series of images for e-commerce: Hero banners, DEMs (Direct Email Marketing), and display banners

• Collaborate closely with developers and copywriters to bring ideas to life

• Optimize the user experience through clear, intuitive visuals

• Design and manage assets for A/B testing and digital campaigns

• Create visuals and still-life compositions starting from individual product elements

• Actively contribute to the end-to-end content production process

• 2-3 years of experience

• Fluent in italian.

• Expert-level Adobe Suite skills (Photoshop, Illustrator) and strong command of Figma

• Familiarity with AI image generation tools (Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Freepik, etc.)

• Understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles

• Experience working with design systems and scalable UI components

• Knowledge of HTML/CSS for effective collaboration with developers

• Proven experience in web and e-commerce design

• Strong aesthetic judgment and obsessive attention to detail

• An updated portfolio with real, production-level projects

• Experience with video production tools (Premiere, After Effects)

• Basic knowledge of UX/UI principles

• Use of Generative AI tools in your creative process

• Background in agencies or cross-functional teams
