    Job Description

    We are seeking an experienced Adobe AEM Developer to join a critical client engagement. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering enterprise-level CMS solutions utilizing Adobe AEM as a Cloud Service. As a core technical expert bridging both backend and frontend development, you will build scalable components, ensure seamless integrations, and deliver highly optimized digital experiences for our client's web platforms.

    Key Responsibilities


    • Design, develop, and maintain custom AEM components, templates, and dialogs utilizing HTL (Sightly) and AEM Core Components.


    • Develop robust backend services and workflows leveraging Java, Apache Sling, OSGi, and JCR (Jackrabbit Content Repository).


    • Implement modern frontend architectures within AEM, writing clean HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and managing AEM Clientlibs.


    • Ensure seamless deployments, performance optimization, and operational stability utilizing Adobe AEM as a Cloud Service.


    • Integrate the AEM platform with external backend APIs and third-party services.

    • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional client teams, including architects, designers, and project managers.

    Requirements

    Seniority: Mid-level to Senior professional.


    • Proven, hands-on experience in full-stack development on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).


    • Specific and consolidated experience working with Adobe AEM as a Cloud Service.


    • Strong backend development skills utilizing Java, OSGi, Sling, and JCR.

    • Solid frontend development skills, including deep knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and HTL.


    • Strong understanding of RESTful web services and API integrations.

    • Good command of English and Italian, both written and spoken.

    Nice to Have


    •Familiarity with headless CMS architectures.


    • Experience with Adobe Cloud Manager, CI/CD pipelines, and AEM Dispatcher configurations.


    •Official Adobe AEM Developer Certifications.


    • Experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies in an enterprise client environment.
