GenAI / LLM Engineer
Job Description
We are looking for a GenAI / LLM Engineer to design and build next-generation AI-driven solutions. The role focuses on developing LLM-based assistants and intelligent systems that integrate seamlessly with business and operational platforms, enabling personalized and scalable customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and develop GenAI solutions, including LLM-based assistants
• Implement RAG architectures (vector databases, embeddings, retrieval pipelines)
• Enable personalized customer journeys using AI-driven insights
• Integrate AI outputs into business, CRM, CDP, and operational systems
• Collaborate with product, UX, and engineering teams to deliver user-centric AI solutions
Requirements
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, GenAI frameworks, and RAG architectures
• Strong Python development skills
• Solid experience with API design and integrations
• Experience integrating AI solutions with CRM, CDP, or operational tools
• Good understanding of UX principles for AI-powered products
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
Nice to Have
• Experience with cloud platforms and scalable AI architectures
• Familiarity with vector databases (e.g. Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS)
• Experience deploying AI solutions in production environments
