    Job Description

    We are looking for an IT Business Analyst to join our growing IT team and support the analysis and delivery of business transformation initiatives.

    In this role, you will work within an Agile team, acting as the key bridge between business stakeholders and the development team. You will analyze business needs in a complex and fast-evolving environment, translate them into clear functional requirements, and support the delivery of high-quality IT solutions.

    You will also contribute to writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and test scenarios, ensuring alignment between business expectations and technical implementation.

    Key Responsibilities


    • Collaborate closely with Engineers and Software Architects to ensure high quality standards in both development and testing phases.


    • Understand and highlight risks related to business processes and technology implementation.


    •Clearly communicate business requirements to engineers and technical teams.


    • Identify gaps, risks, or inconsistencies in requirements and clarify them with stakeholders.


    • Support the Product Owner in applying a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) approach, prioritizing requirements with the highest business value.


    • Prepare and maintain documentation supporting Business As Usual (BAU) activities.


    • Analyze and reconcile information coming from multiple business sources.


    • Act as a functional reference point for the team, helping clarify requirements and validate implementations.


    • Balance business knowledge with technical understanding to support effective decision making.

    Requirements

    • 2–3 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst.


    • Strong business analysis and requirements gathering skills.


    • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.


    • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal abilities.


    • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.


    • Ability to quickly learn and understand complex environments.


    • Strong team-oriented mindset and willingness to learn new skills.


    • Positive attitude and strong sense of accountability.


    • Interest in IT systems and business processes.


    • Knowledge of Agile methodologies, including writing user stories and acceptance criteria.


    • Strong collaboration and facilitation skills.


    • Ability to manage stress, tight deadlines, and multitasking.


    Fluent in both Italian and English.
