.NET Backend Developer (2–4 Years Experience)
Job Description
We are looking for a .NET Backend Developer with 2–4 years of experience to join a development team working on an existing MES platform (D-ONE). The selected candidate will collaborate with an established team of developers to enhance and maintain a production-critical system used in industrial environments.
Key Responsibilities
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of an existing MES (Manufacturing Execution System) platform – D-ONE.
• Develop and maintain backend services using .NET 8 and C#.
• Collaborate with frontend developers working with Angular and modern web technologies.
• Design and maintain RESTful APIs to support platform functionality and integrations.
• Work with relational databases, primarily Microsoft SQL Server.
• Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and system improvements.
• Collaborate closely with team members in an agile development environment.
Requirements
• 2–4 years of experience in backend development
• Strong experience with .NET 8 and C#
• Knowledge of Angular and modern frontend technologies
• Experience with relational databases, particularly Microsoft SQL Server
• Experience designing or working with RESTful APIs
• Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills
• Good English language proficiency
• Italian language is a bonus.
Nice to Have
• Experience or interest in ERP and/or MES application domains
• Experience working in cloud environments (Microsoft Azure) and/or on-premise infrastructures
