Performance & Stress Test Engineer
Job Description
We are looking for a Performance & Stress Test Engineer to join our team and support the design, migration, and execution of performance testing activities. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with performance testing tools and modern CI/CD environments, and will collaborate closely with international teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Create and maintain Performance and Stress tests using LoadRunner
• Migrate existing performance tests from LoadRunner to target tools such as JMeter, Gatling, or similar solutions (e.g. Playwright with Artillery)
• Enable end-to-end performance verification through UI-based (black-box) testing
• Prepare and configure new test execution environments using:
JMeter / Gatling / Playwright with Artillery
Jenkins, Jira
Docker, Kubernetes
SonarQube
• Design and maintain dashboards and reporting using tools such as Jira, EasyBI, and Grafana
• Collaborate with an external, English-speaking team on test migration and environment setup activities
Requirements
• Proven experience in Performance and Stress Testing
• Strong knowledge of LoadRunner
• Experience with JMeter, Gatling, or equivalent tools
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools
• Hands-on experience with containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience with monitoring and reporting tools (Grafana, EasyBI, Jira)
• Good communication skills and ability to work in an English-speaking, international environment
Nice to Have
• Experience with Playwright and Artillery
• Knowledge of black-box testing approaches
• Experience in large-scale or enterprise testing environments
