Senior Flutter Developer (Mobile & Web)
Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Flutter Developer for a key client engagement. In this role, you will leverage your extensive expertise to build and deliver top-tier, cross-platform applications for both mobile (iOS and Android) and web environments. You will act as a core technical expert, ensuring seamless API integrations, maintaining high-quality codebases, and driving rigorous testing strategies to deliver robust and scalable client solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and optimize advanced cross-platform applications for iOS, Android, and Web using the Flutter framework.
• Seamlessly integrate front-end applications with complex backend APIs to ensure smooth data synchronization.
• Plan, write, and execute comprehensive unit, widget, and integration tests to guarantee application reliability and performance.
• Maintain the highest standards of code quality, performance optimization, and cross-platform UI/UX consistency.
• Collaborate effectively with backend developers, UI/UX designers, and project stakeholders to meet specific client requirements.
Requirements
• Seniority: Senior-level professional with 10+ years of overall software development experience.
• Advanced, highly consolidated expertise in Flutter and Dart.
• Proven track record of developing, deploying, and maintaining mobile (iOS/Android) and web applications.
• Strong, hands-on experience in integrating frontend interfaces with backend systems and RESTful/GraphQL APIs.
• Good command of English and Italian, both written and spoken.
• Extensive experience with automated testing in the Flutter ecosystem (specifically unit tests, widget tests, and integration tests).
Nice to Have
• Deep understanding of modern Flutter state management solutions (e.g., BLoC, Riverpod, Provider).
• Background or familiarity with native mobile development (Swift/Objective-C for iOS, Kotlin/Java for Android).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines specifically tailored for mobile/Flutter deployment (e.g., Codemagic, Bitrise, Fastlane).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and working seamlessly within external client teams.
