Senior Full-Stack AI Engineer

We are looking for a highly skilled Data Scientist / ML Engineer with strong experience in GenAI, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), and telecom-focused analytics. You will build intelligent systems, predictive models, personalised customer journeys, and deploy these solutions at scale across our ecosystem.

This role sits at the intersection of AI, software engineering, data platforms, and business optimisation — ideal for someone who can turn complex data into real commercial impact.

Key Responsibilities

AI, GenAI & Machine Learning

• Build advanced GenAI and RAG-based assistants, retrieval systems, and personalised customer journey engines.

• Develop and validate ML models including churn prediction, pricing elasticity, segmentation, forecasting, and customer behaviour models.

• Translate telecom business needs (upsell, retention, revenue optimisation) into scalable data science solutions.

MLOps & Production Deployment

• Implement end-to-end ML pipelines (training, validation, deployment) with full automation.

• Set up monitoring, governance, drift/quality checks, and model lifecycle management.

• Ensure robust versioning, observability, and operational reliability.

Data Engineering & Integration

• Build and maintain data pipelines across multiple enterprise systems (Pega, ServiceNow, Cerillion, network analytics, digital channels, call analytics, etc.).

• Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance for all AI-driven solutions.

• Integrate AI/ML outputs with internal tools including CRM, CDP, Genesys, billing systems, and operational platforms.

Cloud & Infrastructure

• Work with modern cloud environments such as Azure, Snowflake, Databricks, and GPU-based workloads.

• Optimise compute resources, training orchestration, and scalable inference environments.

UX/UI & Insight Presentation

• Present insights, dashboards, and AI outputs in clear, executive-friendly formats.

• Collaborate with design teams to ensure user-centric visualisation and storytelling.
