Team Leader – UI/UX & WordPress Experience (Italian mandatory)

We are looking for a proactive and versatile Team Leader with a strong understanding of UI/UX design principles and WordPress to support the growth and execution of our digital projects. The ideal candidate bridges business needs with design and technical implementation, ensuring high-quality user experiences and efficient project delivery.


Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the UI/UX and web development team across multiple projects

• Oversee the design and implementation of custom WordPress and custom Shopify solutions

• Ensure high-quality UI/UX standards, aligning design vision with client expectations

• Collaborate closely with designers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver end-to-end web solutions

• Contribute hands-on to front-end and back-end development when needed

• Guide the team in using modern front-end technologies, including React for small web applications

• Support and review more complex projects built with Nuxt.js, headless CMS, and advanced animation libraries such as GSAP and Three.js

• Review code, design, and UX outputs to ensure consistency, performance, and maintainability

• Act as a technical and design reference point for the team
