Salesforce Developer Senior ( 4+ years of experience )

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer with a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience to join our distributed team. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end design, development, and implementation of complex solutions across Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud and Salesforce Commerce Cloud. As a remote senior member, you will act as a technical bridge between business requirements and scalable architecture, ensuring best practices across the entire ecosystem.


Key Responsibilities

• Custom Development: Design and develop high-performance solutions using Apex (Triggers, Controllers, Batch), Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura. Develop and customize Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFRA, cartridges, Server-Side JavaScript, ISML).

• System Architecture: Translate business needs into technical specifications, choosing the right tool (Flow vs. Code) while ensuring scalability, performance, and governor limit compliance across Core and Commerce.

• Integrations: Build and maintain secure integrations between Salesforce (Core & Commerce) and third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and real-time/batch synchronization.

• Code Quality: Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and maintain clean documentation to ensure a scalable and maintainable codebase.

• DevOps & Deployment: Manage CI/CD pipelines (Copado, Gearset, GitHub Actions), version control (Git), and deployments across sandboxes and production environments.
