Change Manager SAP S/4HANA German speaking
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Change Manager to join a large-scale SAP S/4HANA digital transformation program. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting IT roll-outs and driving user adoption and acceptance across the organization.
Responsibilities:
Define the change strategy within the roll-out concept
Drive group-wide communication and stakeholder management
Establish and support the change network (multipliers)
Ensure management support and enablement across teams
Monitor change adoption and gather feedback
Manage resistance and resolve change-related conflicts
Requirements
Required Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in change management (ADKAR, Prosci methodologies)
Understanding of business issues (finance, logistics, HR) impacted by SAP S/4HANA
Ability to run workshops and design supporting materials (guides, videos, FAQs)
Expertise in SAP S/4HANA (FI, MM, SD, PP modules, etc.)
Experience in end-user training (manuals, simulations)
Ability to communicate the concrete benefits of S/4HANA (automation, analytics)
5+ years of experience on similar missions
