Salesforce Developer
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to design, develop, customize, and maintain solutions on the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Salesforce development, integration, and customization, working closely with business stakeholders and functional teams to deliver scalable and high-quality CRM solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce applications and features.
Develop and maintain solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL.
Customize Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, flows, reports, and dashboards.
Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and middleware solutions.
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Perform system enhancements, upgrades, and ongoing maintenance.
Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, bugs, and performance problems.
Conduct unit testing, code reviews, and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation.
Support end users and provide technical guidance during project implementation.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
Requirements
3+ years of experience developing solutions on the Salesforce Platform.
Strong knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL.
Experience with Salesforce configuration, including Flows, Validation Rules, Custom Objects, and Security Model.
Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and web services.
Knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other Salesforce products is an advantage.
Experience with Salesforce DX (SFDX), Git, and version control systems.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment tools such as Gearset, Copado, or Azure DevOps is a plus.
Experience with data migration and tools such as Data Loader.
Strong understanding of Salesforce security, permission sets, profiles, roles, and sharing rules.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Professional proficiency in English and Italian (written and spoken).
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Administrator, App Builder, or other relevant certifications) are highly preferred.
