Senior Software Engineer (AI-Native Systems)

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our R&D team and own the end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-system, AI-native features. In this role, you will do more than just write code—you will serve as a technical anchor, architecting multi-layered applications, mentoring growing engineers, and standardizing our AI/ML operations (MLOps).

What You’ll Do

• Lead Complex Feature Delivery: Own the end-to-end design and implementation of significant features spanning our entire stack (TypeScript/Node, React/React Native, and Python/AI layers). You will anticipate edge cases, optimize for scale, and mitigate AI-specific risks like latency, costs, and hallucinations.

• Architect Agentic Systems & MLOps: Build and optimize robust agentic workflows using LangGraph and LangChain. You'll establish the frameworks for evaluation, observability, cost control, prompt versioning, and regression detection for our LLM features.

• Drive Technical Leadership: Lead architectural design discussions, propose system boundaries, and champion key technical initiatives (refactors, migrations, and performance enhancements) that measurably elevate our codebase.

• Set the Bar for Engineering Excellence: Elevate code quality across the team via high-impact code reviews, strategic technical debt reduction, and continuous improvements to our CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and observability metrics.

• Mentor & Collaborate: Intentionally mentor junior and intermediate engineers through pair programming, 1:1s, and design reviews. You will also serve as a trusted technical partner to Product, Design, ML/Data teams, and clients to scope feasibility.
