3 x .NET Backend Engineer (Mid–Senior)

About the role

Join a long-term, dedicated engineering team supporting an enterprise SaaS product used in operations-heavy environments. You'll work as part of a small, autonomous squad embedded with an internal engineering team, contributing to a multi-application platform built primarily on .NET. This is not ticket-execution outsourcing — you'll own features end-to-end and help shape product direction.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain backend services across a multi-application .NET platform
• Collaborate directly with the internal engineering team (flat structure, minimal PM overhead)
• Contribute to architectural decisions and propose solutions, not just implement specs
• Write clean, testable, well-documented C# code
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and knowledge sharing
• Diagnose and resolve production issues across the platform
• Coordinate with frontend (Angular) and QA peers to deliver complete features
• Support continuous improvement of the shared backend architecture

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience with .NET (.NET Core / .NET 6+)
• Strong C#, ASP.NET Web API, and Entity Framework
• Solid SQL / relational database modelling (SQL Server preferred)
• Comfortable owning features end-to-end and communicating directly with stakeholders
• Fluent English (working language)
• Available to start ~August 2026

Nice to have

• Experience on SaaS or multi-tenant product platforms
• Familiarity with Azure or another major cloud provider
• Exposure to microservices / event-driven architectures
• German language skills
