Red Hat OpenStack Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Red Hat OpenStack Engineer to support enterprise private-cloud and infrastructure transformation projects for a global system integrator operating across Europe and the US.
The role will focus on the design, deployment, administration, automation, and troubleshooting of Red Hat OpenStack Platform (RHOSP) environments at enterprise scale.
Key Responsibilities
Design and deploy Red Hat OpenStack Platform environments.
Install, configure, administer, and upgrade OpenStack platforms.
Manage and troubleshoot core OpenStack services including Nova, Neutron, Cinder, Glance, Keystone, and Horizon.
Design and maintain highly available and scalable private-cloud environments.
Manage OpenStack compute, networking, storage, and virtualization components.
Troubleshoot complex production and infrastructure issues.
Perform OpenStack upgrades, migrations, performance optimization, and capacity planning.
Automate OpenStack deployment and operational processes using Ansible.
Integrate OpenStack with enterprise networking, storage, identity, monitoring, and security solutions.
Work with virtualization technologies, particularly KVM.
Monitor platform health, capacity, and performance.
Develop technical documentation, architecture designs, and operational procedures.
Collaborate with cloud architects, infrastructure engineers, DevOps teams, and customer stakeholders.
Requisiti
Required Skills & Experience
Strong hands-on experience with OpenStack, preferably Red Hat OpenStack Platform (RHOSP).
Strong Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) administration skills.
Good understanding of OpenStack architecture and core services.
Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure, including:
Compute and virtualization
Networking
Storage
High availability
Identity and authentication
Experience with Ansible / Ansible Automation Platform.
Strong understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, and load balancing.
Experience with KVM or equivalent virtualization technologies.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
