Full-Stack Developer ( Mid/Senior )
We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our core platform team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Work within a multidisciplinary/scrum team, collaborating with frontend, backend developers, UX experts, and business analysts.
• Mentor and train junior developers, assigning tasks in line with team priorities and objectives.
• Collect and provide feedback from users and customers to enhance the application.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Dedicate 10% of working hours to continuous learning and knowledge building.
Required Skills:
• Strong technical background with a passion for solving complex technical problems.
• Ability to balance delivery and results with innovation and growth.
• Solid experience programming in JVM languages (Java >8, Kotlin, Groovy).
• Proficiency with modern frameworks for building SPAs (e.g., React, Angular, Vue).
• Understanding of modern software architecture (e.g., container-based distributed systems, serverless applications).
• Experience with microservices frameworks like Quarkus or Micronaut is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills (English required).
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Italian language proficiency (conversational or fluent).
