We are looking for an experienced Project Manager / Team Leader to lead a complex IT project focused on Product Information Management (PIM), Master Data Management (MDM), data migration and system integration.

The ideal candidate will combine strong project management and team leadership skills with a solid understanding of PIM/MDM environments, data flows, data quality and enterprise integrations.

The role requires the ability to act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring the successful planning, coordination and delivery of project activities.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate complex IT projects related to PIM, MDM, data management and system integration.
Manage project activities from planning through execution and delivery.
Coordinate technical teams, business stakeholders and external partners/vendors.
Lead and coordinate data migration and consolidation initiatives, particularly migrations from multiple PIM systems into a target PIM platform.
Define and coordinate data migration strategies, mapping activities and data transformation processes.
Manage and monitor data quality, identifying issues and coordinating their resolution.
Coordinate data flows and integrations between:
- PIM platforms
- Source systems
- ERP systems
- E-commerce platforms
- DAM systems
- Other enterprise applications
Work closely with technical teams to ensure the correct design and implementation of the integration layer.
Manage project dependencies, activities, risks, issues and priorities.
Monitor project progress, timelines, deliverables and milestones.
Facilitate communication between business and technical stakeholders.
Identify potential project risks and proactively define mitigation actions.
Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical solutions.
Support the definition and implementation of data governance and data quality processes where required.
Prepare and communicate project status, progress and key issues to stakeholders.

Anforderungen

Required Experience & Skills

Proven experience as a Project Manager, IT Project Manager or Team Leader in complex IT environments.
Strong experience with PIM (Product Information Management) solutions.
Concrete hands-on experience with MDM (Master Data Management).
Proven experience managing data migration, consolidation or data transformation projects.
Experience with migration from multiple source/PIM systems into a target PIM platform is highly desirable.
Good understanding of data architecture, data flows and system integrations.
Experience coordinating integrations between PIM, ERP, e-commerce, DAM and other source/target systems.
Experience managing data mapping and data quality activities.
Ability to coordinate technical teams and work effectively with business stakeholders.
Strong project management skills, including management of:
- Activities and deliverables
- Dependencies
- Risks and issues
- Stakeholders
- Timelines and milestones
- Project progress
Strong understanding of the relationship between business processes, data and technology.
Italian Language Proficiency

Nice to Have

Experience with Boomi.
Knowledge of other iPaaS (Integration Platform as a Service) solutions.
Experience with enterprise integration platforms and middleware.
Experience in data governance and data quality frameworks.
Previous experience in large-scale PIM/MDM transformation programs.
