About the Role
We are looking for a Senior SAP SRM & SQM Consultant to support an international client through a staff augmentation engagement. The role covers both SAP Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) and Supplier Quality Management (SQM).
The position is based in Albania and requires fluency in Italian, which is the primary language of communication with the client.
What You'll Do
- Deliver functional consulting in SAP SRM and SQM for an international client
- Configure and support supplier relationship and quality management processes
- Manage supplier onboarding, qualification, evaluation, and performance tracking workflows
- Align SRM/SQM processes with procurement and quality management strategies
- Work with cross-functional teams (procurement, quality, IT) to deliver integrated solutions
- Produce documentation including functional specs, process flows, and training materials
- Communicate daily with client stakeholders in Italian

Anforderungen
8+ years of experience in SAP SRM and/or SQM functional consulting
Fluency in Italian (C1/C2 level) — mandatory
Deep knowledge of SAP SRM (Supplier Relationship Management): self-service procurement, strategic sourcing, supplier collaboration
Solid experience with SAP SQM (Supplier Quality Management): supplier evaluation, quality notifications, audit management
Familiarity with SAP procurement ecosystem and integration points (MM, Ariba, ERP/S4HANA)
Experience in staff augmentation or long-term client-site consulting roles
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Good command of English is a plus
