Who we are

Connecting European companies with Balkan talent since 2015.

Division5 was founded in Albania in 2015. We help companies in Europe and beyond hire expert-vetted, AI-native professionals from across the Balkans: developers, marketers and other specialists, as individual hires or as dedicated engineering teams.

We work from Tirana and Cologne, in the same hours as our clients, and can employ people for you in Albania and Kosovo as employer of record.

Our professionals use AI tools in their daily work. For engineering engagements we provide in-house AI training and pay for the AI tools our engineers use.
