How quickly can we see profiles?

We usually share relevant profiles within 24 hours of a complete brief. Each profile states when the person can start.

How is the price set?

Monthly, per person, based on the role, the seniority and how long you need them. Longer commitments cost less, and teams of three or more get a 4% discount.

What if someone is not the right fit?

Every engineering plan includes a 30-day trial and a replacement window if you are not satisfied. The plan terms set the details.

Which time zone and language do they work in?

They work on Central European Time. Everyone passes a working-language check in English or Italian at B2 or above. If you need German, say so in your brief.

You sign one service agreement with Division5. We contract and pay the professional, and they work with you as part of your team.
