    Senior Salesforce Developer / Technical Lead (Italian-speaking)

    We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer / Technical Lead with real, strong software development experience and solid knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem, to work with an enterprise client in Italy.

    • Work arrangement: Fully remote

    About the role

    You will design scalable solutions, lead complex projects technically, and own CI/CD and release management. The working language is Italian.

    What you will do

    • Design and build Salesforce solutions with Apex, Lightning Web Components and Flow across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

    • Own the data model, security and integrations with external systems through REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.

    • Lead the technical direction of complex projects and guide other developers.

    • Run CI/CD and release management with Gearset and Git (GitLab or GitHub).

    Requirements

    Must have

    • Advanced Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Salesforce Flow

    • Hands-on Service Cloud and Sales Cloud experience

    • Salesforce architecture: data modelling, security, and integrations with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs and middleware

    • Designing scalable solutions and technically leading complex projects

    • CI/CD and release management with Gearset, Git, GitLab or GitHub

    • Development best practices, automated testing, code quality and integration architecture

    • Fluent Italian, the working language of the project

    Nice to have

    • Salesforce Architect certifications

    • Salesforce Field Service, Experience Cloud or MuleSoft
