    Senior Functional Analyst – Corporate Banking (CBI)

    We are looking for a Senior Functional Analyst with at least 5 years of experience in Corporate Banking (CBI) to join a banking project on a fully remote basis.

    • Work arrangement: Fully remote

    About the role

    The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and the client to analyze business needs, define functional requirements, prepare documentation, and support testing activities within the Corporate Banking domain.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Analyze and understand Corporate Banking processes and business requirements.

    • Work closely with the client and business stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements.

    • Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and documentation.

    • Prepare and maintain functional documentation.

    • Define and prepare test cases based on business and functional requirements.

    • Support and participate in functional testing.

    • Collaborate with developers and technical teams to ensure requirements are correctly implemented.

    • Identify, analyze, and communicate functional issues and support their resolution.

    • Maintain strong communication and relationships with the client throughout the project.

    Requirements

    • 5+ years of experience as a Functional Analyst / Business Analyst.

    • Proven experience in Corporate Banking (CBI).

    • Strong knowledge of Corporate Banking processes and workflows.

    • Experience in functional analysis and documentation.

    • Experience preparing test cases and supporting functional testing.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Strong ability to work directly with clients and establish a positive working relationship.

    • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

    • Immediate availability.

    • Experience working with banking applications and digital banking platforms.

    • Experience in client-facing roles.

    • Degree in Economics, Finance, Banking, Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

    • Italian Proficiency required
