    Job Description

    We are looking for a Junior Salesforce Developer to help build, test, and maintain custom solutions on our Salesforce platform. Working closely with senior developers and administrators, you will write code, automate workflows, and ensure our CRM meets the evolving needs of our business. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your technical skills in a collaborative environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Custom Development: Build and maintain solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL.

    • Configuration & Automation: Assist in building custom objects, fields, and automation processes using Salesforce Flow.

    • Testing & Support: Write Apex test classes, troubleshoot bugs, and support deployment processes.

    • Collaboration: Work with business analysts and senior developers to translate requirements into technical features.

    Requirements

    Required Qualifications

    • Experience: 1+ years of Salesforce development experience, or a strong object-oriented programming background (Java, C#) with dedicated Salesforce exposure.

    • Technical Skills: Foundational knowledge of Apex, SOQL, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

    • Certifications: Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (highly preferred).

    • Soft Skills: Strong analytical problem-solving abilities and a proactive eagerness to learn.

    • Italian speaking
